Service Description: A point file originally placed at parcel centroid, now being moved to rooftop location to follow guidelines for E911. This file contains address info used in geocoding the CAD system to include ties to street centerline and Access lines (driveways). The GDR_ID field is maintained as the object id tie, there should be no duplicates in this field and secuence must be followed.
